Our members are required to use the same member name as they use on different site, and we need to let them know this BEFORE they try to register.

If it is NOT a wordlet, where do I look to modify this text?

Hi,

You've found a spot that has not been "wordlet"-ed yet. This will be added to the wordlet file, however. In the meantime, it would require editing the template file called public_register_page.pl. Be very careful if you decide to edit any template file!
