It still does not work using language meta tag in beta 8.3

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">

It still has to be changed manually the encoding.

Note: to display correctly the language encoding must be the same when posting a topic or reading it. ie The language meta tag must be set at the input box as well.

Please fix it

At this point, moving this to bugs..
