Where can I find the HTML for POSTING A NEW REPLY

I need to find the last part of HTML for the post a reply page, and change it, it has an extra

[CODE]

[/CODE]tag in it. I need to delete that (it is right above the Powered by infopop text at the bottom)

HELP?

Did you check the public_new_reply_form.pl template?
