I have a few topics selected as "Watched Topics".

However, how do you get email notification when there is a new reply?

When looking at the watch list screens there is an option to Edit them. In here you can turn on/off email notifications on each one.

I think I need to get a profile option so users can set the default email notifications. That way those that always want email can just make it so email notifications are automatically turned on whenever a new watched item is added.

Rick, when Threads is officially launched, will a user be able to automatically get emails by default any time he opts to watch a Topic or Forum?

I think I've got a bug for you.

After this thread, I went into my profile and selected "yes" for"

"By default should anything added to your Watch Lists be emailed to you?"

However, since then I've added two watched topics to my list, but I did not receive emails upon replies. I checked out my watched lists in my profile and "no" was selected for email notification. I had to manually select yes.
