Can I change the UBB.x logo located in the upper left of my forum screen....with my own business logo? if so, how?

On UBB.x you can change the title image by going into your site's default style (2.x Images) and changing the 'Title' image to your own graphic.

I found that area.
My logo is on my C: drive and it seems that I am unable to Upload my logo to a place where I can type in a local URL for the logo file name.

Do I pull my logo from another server or can I upload it?

Most people upload their logo image to a server and use it from there. You can use FTP or your ensim control panel to upload the image to your Infopop web hosting account.
