#92776 - 10/27/00 01:56 PM Windows NT returning strange codes

I have configured my Ultimate BB 5.47 at this URL to understand the absolute path to the cgi programs.

My current absolute path is
d:/64.225.35.229/cgi-bin/ubbcgi

When I submit General Settings I'm fine, than when I go into submitting Style Settings I get the following error:

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Can't open perl script "d:64.225.35.229cgi-binBbcgicpanel2.cgi": No such file or directory

As you can see, it's adding an extra 'B' between the cgi-bin and ubbcgi directories. Has anyone seen this before or have an idea of a way I can fix it?

Post the url to your cp.html so we can take a look. Check the BASE HREF in your cplinks.html file. You should have edited only the one line, not anything else on the page.

It would look like http://www.twinstuff.com/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/ or whatever leads to your cgi scripts.

The URL for my cp.html page in question was posted in my original message but here it is again:

cp.html link

My base href is as follows
<BASE HREF="http://www.twinstuff.com/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/"> It is allowing me to enter and make changes in the general settings properly but the other options (forums, styles, update threads, etc.) returns the error code I reprinted above.

thanks.

Check the URL (not the path) to your cgi directory in General Settings.
