Hi there, quick questions:

1. Is there anyway for a moderator to post a message in a forum and keep that post at the top of the topics list?

2. If #1 can't be done, is there anyway to change the font size of the announcement text? I found the text size to be too small for warning announcements and such.

Thanks,

Alec

1) Nope, not yet
2) YES! The announcement subject field allows you to use HTML. Just use the appropriate <font></font> tagset.

Could someone spell out the code required when a URL is inserted in an announcement?

I have a related question... I want to be able to keep my Welcome message as an announcement, but would also like to be able to add additional announcements. It appears to me that the text of the announcement link (next to the mail slot icon) is predicated by the subject line of the first or current announcement... correct?

So, how could I have an announcement called "Welcome!" and then have other announcements show up subsequent to that with visible link text?? (i.e. "Check Out This Cool Feature!")

Thanks!

You can't.

All announcements will show but only one of them will have their subject printed.

I don't know which one shows up if you have several concurrent annc's - it may be random or may be date-specific..
