Hi! I'm using Version 5.47 B and whenever I set a forum as private...maximum security, only admin, moderator, and authorized can view NO forum password...and I grant permissions to some users...no matter what I do...it keeps looping the login process...it says provate forum, you must login...then you enter your username and password and its says thank you we have confirmed, blah blah blah....then it takes you right back to that same private forum login. Any ideas?

BTW, I can' tpost my URL because its behidn a firewall on our intranet.

The only modifications I've made are various HTML changes...no code changes however.

Not really. When you upgrade, you wipe out the hacks. Also, there could be code changes in the upgrade that affect your hacks. Programs like Beyond Compare from www.scootersoftware.com are helpful in seeing what changes have been made and can speed up the process of transferring hacks.

UBB6, which is due out today, possibly in beta form, has some added functionality that might replace some of your hacks and is a complete revision of the code -- so most if not all of your hacks will have to be revised for that.
