Someone just emailed me and said they are getting the following message "illegal operation" when they try to access my BB. I have heard of only a handful who have ever had this message so I have no idea where to begin with this problem. Who knows how many I may have lost because of this error in the past.

If a UBB is making a user's browser crash, that user really, really needs to have a professional take a look at that computer......

The error message says -
'Program has preformed an illegal operation and will be shut down. Please contact the program supplier'

ok so is the program with a problem the Netscape Browser or the BB script?

That is a Windows system error. It may be the browser or some other program that is running on the computer at the same time. The first thing to try is to do a cold reboot of the PC. That is, shut it down completely, wait at least 30 seconds, and then restart.
