It looks like you're using SSI in your Header. Remove the SSI.

As I stated, you are attempting to use an SSI statement in your UBB Header or Footer. Remove it.

but my UBB is on hypermart they have advertising system it will pop-up 1 wiondows

I dunno why cuz in control penal i choose Infopop Copyright Type to be text but it didn't came out
i'll try change to image now
