Special Characters like ™ ° ¢ © etc etc were displayed just fine in .Classic, but they aren't in .Threads, even as Admin with HTML toggled on.

This is I *think* a holdover bug. In earlier versions we auto-converted & to & I don't believe we need this anymore. I'm commenting it out for 7.0.2 and we'll see if there are any side-effects that I'm not thinking of

Forgot to add. If you'd like to test this and report back on any problems you might find you can make this change by editing libs/ubbthreads.inc.php. About line 911, you see this:

$body = str_replace( '&', '&', $body );

Just place a // before it and comment it out.
