SEAT UPGRADE POLICY
Last year, many of our corporate sponsor Super Bowltickets were upgraded. Although no specific promise of an upgrade can be made, we do promise you will NEVER receive lesser seating than you ordered. An upgrade either means you will be sitting in a section closer to the 50 yard line or in the same/comparable section but in a lower row. Our seat upgrade policy is not affected by team affiliations or a teams sidelines. If you need to sit on the side of a specific team or if the possibility of an upgrade causes a problem for you, please do not purchase these tickets.

Your Tickets are NOT in Hand.Due to the unique nature of our Corporate sponsor Super Bowl ticket distribution, along with their high value,your tickets willneed to be picked up from our office in Minneapolis on Saturday (2/3/18) which is in close proximity to the stadium.If this delivery arrangement of personal pick up in Minneapolis on Saturday (2/3/18) does not work for you, then please do not offer on this sale. Many other ticket companies will make you pick up your tickets hours before kickoff which causes a significant amount of stress for the buyer. We put tickets in your hands much earlier than most of the other companies. We strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Our ticket team will be in Minneapolis from Thursday, February 1st– Monday February 5th

For example: If you purchase a Chevy Spark on a Monday for $10,000 and you pick up the car on a Thursday and the market has dropped, you can\'t expect the dealership to give you a BMW. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, the buyer will need to contact Celebrity-Tickets for a refund. Celebrity-Tickets will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made due to buyer remorse or for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed tickets or any other reason.
