Utilizing a Twin T oscillator, you get a sine wave note at around 950 - 1000 Hz, similar to on air or side-toneMorse.NE 555 based (and similar) units produce a square wave output that is harsher and not true to lifeMorseas heard on air.
Our high quality printed circuit board includes the oscillator and an amplifier, on board power jack, on/off switch, speaker/headset jack and Morse key screw terminals.Hook up to a 9 volt battery (or small up to 12 Volt dc supply) to start the your code session.
Amplifier allows the oscillator to be used to feed an 8 ohm speaker and use in classroom settings or by use of the volume control and earbuds practice quietly on your own.
