RARE PIONEER3 STAGE ROCKET TIN SPACE SHIP ROBOT TOY ORIGINAL BOX KRAEMER JAPAN

This sale is fora vintage tin lithographed friction powered USAF Pioneer 3-Stage Rocket withLauncher at Cape Canaveral made in Japan by Kraemer with the original box. This awesome space aged tin toy has brilliantlithographing and action on the base edges of vintage classic cars and crew inspace suits moving around the rocket area, Liquid Oxygen truck also shown,platform reads “KEEP OFF”. There arerubs to moving parts. Original stage 3rocket has wooden peg and rubber tip – tip comes off (easy to disappear iflaunched). Fantastic space aged rocketand connected to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station! There is a clip on thebottom of the stage 1 rocket that needs to be turned once the rocket is inplace on the base – to keep it upright and functional.
This classic tintoy was tested on 2-20-2015 and WORKS– when activated the USAF Rocket can be blasted into the air and the 2ndstage rocket blast off and the 3rd stage red rocket flies very highwith great force! tip will fly out. It was tested only in hand as pieces can bedamaged or lost.
The box for thistoy is very clean, with wonderful detail and graphics of the Pioneer Rocketblasting off with flames and a cloud of smoke.Box has brilliant colors and reads “A KRAEMER TOY” & “H.T.” &“Pioneer 3-Stage Rocket with Launcher at Cape Canaveral”. Directions are on either side panel of thelid, lid very good, box bottom has push on one short end, keeps the toysafe.

Height =11 ¾” (base to rocket tip all together )
Width = 3 ½” by 4” (base side to side)

Height = 4” (lid top to bottom)
Width = 4” (lid left to right)
