It has been used: There are scratches, indentures, dings, some pitting on the release button and the bar next to it. Some corrosion on the inside bottom of the handle.

Stunner releases rapidly and with a flick of the wrist will lock in place. Blade is not mechanized.
There are two small pits on the stunner ball.
