Vintage Avon The Gift Collection CHILLY SAM Light-Up Snowman. Features plastic snowy base with 3 large colored lights. Red, green, blue. Snowmen are translucent and sit atop the base. Broom inserts into base and is used as the on/off switch. When on, lights flash intermittently making the snowmen change colors. Measures approximately 10 1/4\" high. Plug in with attached cord so no need to worry about batteries. I have had one like this for almost 20 years and it still works perfectly. New in box. Found in old Avon inventory.
