If alift gate or any other form of unloading assistance is needed, please make sureto contact us before purchasing. Residential shipping is also available but atan additional fee. If incorrect information is provided, additional charges will beincurred during delivery and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Pleasecontact us first with your exact shipping details. Local pickup is availableand recommended for residents in Southern California. Buyer can also arrangetheir own shipping if they wish, however a $75 pallet handling fee will beassessed. HOW DOES THEWARRANTY WORK?
Our engine will come with an unlimited milesstandard3 month’s warranty. All engines will come with a written3month’s warranty. See our full warranty on our website. Core return is neededto validate warranty. Please see our warranty policy for full details. Warrantydoes not cover collateral damage.***IMPORTANT*** Please inspect and clean your intake manifold prior toinstallation and first startup. Un-cleaned intake manifolds will allow debristo make its way inside the engine and will be very harmful to the engine. Smallparticles can scratch metal parts that are mating and seating with each otherresulting in low compression or other harmful effects not covered by thewarranty. Please clean all your parts! It’s very important.
HOW DOES CORE RETURN WORK?
The fully refundable core deposit is in additionto the buy it now or accepted offer price. Buyers will pay core charge inaddition to the purchase and shipping price. Once you have received your engineand are completely satisfied with the purchase, you have 30 days from the dateof delivery to return your core. When you are returning your core, please makesure you have drained ALL the fluids and secured the engine to the pallet weshipped your engine on. Once you have the core ready for shipment, the buyer isresponsible for 50% of the return shipping costs and we pay the other 50%.(Example, if you paid 280 for shipping, return core shipping will cost 160).Once your core is received, we will break down and inspect your core enginewithin 10 business days. We will refund you for your core based on thecondition of the engine. We look for heavy internal and external damage to yourcore to determine if it is rebuildable or not. If your engine is found nonrefundable, we will grant a partial refund if the engine is foundpartially rebuildable.
