Silver American Eagle coins from the U.S. Mint have a ceremonial face value of $1 and contain 1 Troy ounce of .999 fine silver. The weight and purity are guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Treasury and the U.S. Mint. All coins are dated 2016. The tubes contain 20 coins each, for a total of 20 Troy ounces of pure silver.
