Up for sale is a handmade 100% copper distillers proofing parrot beak using only lead free silver solder, with water soluble paste.

These cost a little more because they are not just made with cheap soft solder. They are put together with silver brazing rods where it is needed. * note the placement of our spout to the competitors. Theirs require the bowl to fill partially due to spout placement = less accurate cuts. This is because they use cheap soft solder to butt weld the spout on so they need a flat surface, this causes a weak joint. The extra 3\" in height also = less accurate cuts and broken hydrometers. It is also because they use small overflow cups, just to save $1.50 and there is no room for the spout where it should be. This will also lead to alcohol abuse as it will dump on the floor if it surges or enough reaches the other lip, as it creates a bridge for precious alcohol to escape.

We test for leaks before being shipped.Thesecan beused to measure the amount of alcohol that your still is producing or just as a center piece/conversation starter. This unit will work with short or tall mason jars. Also the base can be trimmed off to be used as a clamp on style if that fits your needs better. It is built of excellent quality. It uses a 1\" x 11.5\" main tube forany standard alcohol meter. Uses a 1\" funnel into 3/8\" tubing, to keep a flow rate of over 10 gallons per hour (up to 3\" pot still or 4\" reflux) and yet be as compact as they should come to make the most accurate cuts. Custom orders available. It also uses a 1-1/2\" overflow and BIG 6\" x 6\" copper base. I do not use wood due to what alcohol does to wood when spilled on it. (Check your local tavern floor) These come sandedto a brushed polishedfinish. For safety reasons you should rinse with hot water and dump the first initial run. If you would like shipping insurance ask for an invoice.I will cover it under the warranty (see below) if damaged but at your cost.I have some slightly cheaper competitors, however, my 100% response speaks for itself.These can slightly tarnish during shipping, a scotch brite pad will fix it right up.

If they become damaged and you pay round trip shipping (approx.$15-$20)I will fix it (if possible) for $10, unless it was due to shipping. Then you pay shipping and I will fix for free IF POSSIBLE. If it is not fixableI will sell you a new one at 15% off the \"buy it now\" price. You have the option to wait for an invoice and get shipping insurance for $1.65. Warranty does apply to previous customers as well! :)
