• Shipping Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL for small packages and some small furniture. We use other trucking freight companies for oversize and heavy furniture. WE HAVE THE OPTION TO USE ANY CARRIER. If you like us to use a specific carrier, you need to send us a special request message before we ship out.
• Shipping & Handling time: We usually ship within 1-2 business days for small items, 2-4 days for furnitures and large items. In the event of rare or unexpected delays you will be contacted immediately.
