It was marked in French: \" Décor tout main/ Limoges\" ( \"Hand-painted/ Limoges\", translated in English).

The colors of the rosesare socrisp and vibrant, it has no paint-loss or gold wear,only thecrack (photo 8) but it can be overlooked by the overall beauty of the piece.
