There is a PAID 26 cents rate for the 21 cents via England treaty rate plus 5 cents for West Coast surcharge and carried aboard the PMSS\'s Golden Age to Panama and the Collins line Atlantic from New York. PAID 26 rate handstamp of San Francisco and London transit and Cognac backstamp.
Long letter written in French about the importation and sales of Cognac liquor and alcohol etc....
