1890s DEATH DUST Embossed POISON w/ORIG Label - SUPER Ghostly Skull GRAPHICS !!!

Its embossed around the shoulderDEATH DUST A.C. MEYER & CO.

Very unusual red and off white color graphicalpaper label witha large wide-eyed grinningskull blowing dust from its mouthonto a group of bugs and killing them INSTANTLY DEAD !!!

Also note the pretty cool unusualBONE shapedletter typeface for the words DEATH DUST, very ingenuous label.

Complete with the original cork that also has a paper DEATH DUST INSECTICIDE label on the top of it.

This product would have been popular back in the bed bug epidemic days, back when the Lyons Powders bottles were produced.

Clear glass color with maybe a light greenish tint, about 5 inches tall, 2 inches in diameter.

Mold blown bottle, seams end down on the lower neck/upper shoulderarea, I\'m saying 1890-1900 era as it has NO 1906 pure food and drugs act stamp on it so am guessing would probably predate that period.

Its in very clean non-dug condition, label is about 100%, some stain in one area on lower bottom back of label, small flake off edge of lip, nothing else to mention and I\'ve looked it over carefully, GRAPHICS are SUPERB and very much right outIN YOUR FACE - Check it Out!!!

This is a pretty scarce poison especially in this nice and all original condition, also, think about it - one of the very few bottles that you see with the actual words DEATH embossed in the glass, so very unusual and quite sought after for the specialist collector.
