Rare 1896-1900 42\" Louwelsa Weller Pottery Kerosene Banquet Lamp with Bradley Hubbard Font & Burner

This is a beautiful banquet lamp marked \"LOUWELSA WELLER\" impressed in a semi-circle. This is in near mint condition and works perfectly. This lamp has not been converted to electric. It is fully functional as an oil/kerosene lamp, which is its original condition.

This is a STUNNINGLY LARGE parlor or banquet lamp measuring over 42\" tall. The pottery base is 24 1/2\" tall and the massive glbe is 11\" tall and 11\" diameter. There is the standard 4\" opening for the burner. This is a double wick burner by Bradley & Hubbard. Works great raising and lowering the wicks accordingly. The patina copper coated brass font correctly fits and has a 4\" drop in the base.

The lamp does function as desdigned and the font does not leak. There isn\'t any damage at all to the pottery base, font or burner. There is chipping to the fitter rim of the globe shade but this cannot be seen when it is placed into the fitter ring.

Even thought the globe isn\'t original to the lamp, it dates to the same time period and matches just perfectly. There is a heat ring at the top opening of the globe shade. The clear glass chimney is a replacement.

*Note: When shipping larger, heavier items (UPS or Fed Ex) will require a physical address and cannot be shipped to a PO Box without incurring higher shipping charges.

We will always update Paypal/ as soon as we have printed your shipping slip. You then will have the tracking number (USPS Priority, UPS or Fed Ex) immediately.

We ship all items within 24 hours upon receipt of Paypal payment (excluding Sundays).

Most of our listings we try to offer services that are safe and inexpensive way. If you have a shipping preference, please let us know prior to checkout. We are always happy to ship in a way that works best for you, both financially and speed of receiving the items.

We are NOT responsible for customs fees (if applicable) when processed in your country, nor are we responsible for the time it takes to for your package(s) to be processed through customs in your country. Upon checkout of your items, we will provide you with USPS Priority and Express Mail rates. You may select the one you prefer.

We cannot guarantee your package will arrive within that timeframe due to different country\'s customs procedures (we have no control over this).

Terms of Sale

We accept returns within 14 days if we have misrepresented the item through our written description and pictures. If there is a chip or crack, we try to even measure it because \"tiny\" can be very subjective. If at any point, you have any questions please feel free to message us.
