These beautiful and unique creations are now open to the Public and are waiting for you!PLEASE SEE MY OTHER DOLL sale LISTINGS!!!What we have here isa Gorgeous Antique Bru Jne No 8 Bisque Head Chest and Forearms Reproduction Doll by well know early reproduction artist Clara Wade, markings on back of head \"Bru Jne No 8 C(w)larmaid 1965\", leather or leatherette body... approximately 19 inches. Stand not included. This is a wonderful well crafted piece with great character... just look at the fine details of the face and nicely formed body. It is not very common to find a quality reproduction of this age, made in 1965, that makes this 50 years old. Another interesting detail is cute little dimples on the hands, great care was put into the making of this quality piece. Has one earring and necklace and I believe the hair may be natural real human, with foam underneath hair. A very nice piece that displays well. Claire (Clara) Wade, an employee of well-known antique doll reproduction pioneer Emma Clear. The dolls of Emma Clear, the founder of the Humpty Dumpty Doll Hospital, are collected in their own right. Claire Wade is also the mother of well-known doll reproduction artist, Neva Wade Garrett. Over all good vintage condition with no major issues that I can see, has one earring, some soiling and dust, some rubs on the body, small stable minor stretch hole at left elbow at seam (see 3rd last photo). I am new to selling dolls, am not an expert and may not know how to list an items condition to the degree that an expert would, I will do my best in my descriptions of the item and its condition but you yourself must be the ultimate judge of the item, its identity, its age, its completeness, and its condition by looking at the photos and/or asking me any questions. With all pieces with some age there may or may not be wear dings holes soiling tears losses repairs imperfections etc that are sometimes common with some pieces and consistent with age and/or use, see photos for item condition... look at the photos and you decide to your best judgementwhat the item is and what it is worth.
