The handle has a lock/release latch and each tool attaches nicely onto the handle and has dated 1/29/1907 on each tool\'s neck. The tools snap in tight and have no wobble. Tool handle\'s measures - 3 ¾\" (L) x 7/8\" (W). Tool ranges from 2\" - 4\" in length. Comes with the original leather case that looks very presentable. This set is most certainly very rarely seen and would make a great addition to anyone\'s collection of Antique knives or tools, tool. Overall this set is in good USED Antique Condition with some of the tools having surface rust and could use some cleaning if the new owner is so-inclined. That\'s my opinion/view point, but please offer within your own comfort zone since this is an sale with and the opening offer is only 99-cents.
