Wonderful, 1920\'s Cast Iron Toy, Horse Drawn “Royal Circus” / “Polar Bear Cage” Wagon manufactured by the Hubley Manufacturing Company.

This early, cast iron Toy Circus Wagon measures 16” long overall, 6 1/2\" tall (to the top of the driver\'s head) and 3 5/8\" wide. The red Cage Wagon is drawn by 2 black draft horses. The Toy includes the Wagon section; the horses, yoke and front wheel section, the original, two cast iron Polar Bears and the original driver. All parts are cast iron except for the floor, roof and the front wall of the Cage which are pressed steel / heavy tin (original “as manufactured”). The Cage Wagon features red paint with yellow and silver spoke wheels. It is drawn by two, black draft horse attached to a yellow yoke and whiffletree. Text cast on the marquis on each side of the cage wagon reads \"Royal Circus\".

This wonderful, 1920’s, Horse Drawn Royal Circus Lion Cage Wagon is in very good condition. It includes all original parts and there is no physical damage or repairs of any kind. Overall the Royal Circus Wagon retains approx. 90% of its original surface paint and it has never been restored, repainted, touched up or altered in any way. The Toy displays beautifully and we have included below a number of images that give a good indication of the condition of the surface paint on this well preserved Hubley Circus Toy.
