This is a spectacular Saks & Co. Fifth Avenue New York Feather Trimmed Dressing Gown. From an old Cincinnati residence Estate Sale.
The gown is in good antique condition, AS FOUND, complete with attic soil on upper back and old underarm stains on the inside of the garment. The stains do not readily show on the out side. SEE PICTURES. I believe it to be made of velvet embossed Chiffon with feather trim all around neckline, down both sides of front, around the bottom and all around the LONG SLEEVE edges. The color at the top is a soft rose shade which increases in intensity to deep red at the bottom.
I have not attempted to clean it in any way.

Sleeve length from top of shoulder to edge of sleeve: 46 inches
Sleeve length from underarm to bottom edge of sleeve: 39 inches
Width of bottom edge across front:28 inches
