Thisc1930 / 1940’s “Happynak” Mickey and Minnie Mouse Sand Pail /Bucket was made by the English company “Happynak”. It is a veryrare, square pattern, Reg.d Design (Shape No. 858445).

Itfeatures the Disney characters Mickey and Minnie mouse on the beach.Embossed on the base of the pale is a leaping fish and the words“HAPPYNAK” and “MADE IN ENGLAND”. The flat tin handle iswell secured and folds.

Itis not mint but despite its age, it is in very good condition (seethe photos) with the colours still bright. There is a little wearfrom its many decades of storage but it was never actually sold (or used), beingpre-war stock from Nobles toy shop in Deptford, SE London. Nobles ceased trading in 1970.
