This sale offers a antique vintage 1930s or 40s crisp gorgeous Dresden-plate handmade quilt. This quilt is exceptional in quality, fabric and workmanship. Masterfully quilted and hand pieced. Medium, heavy, cotton quilt with muslin backing. Large colorful Dresden plates made with a wonderful assortment of feedsack fabrics. All cotton quilt. Crisp quilt in excellent condition, appears unwashed. Large quilt measures 98\" x 100\".

The stitching is very special with large flowers, leaves, paisleys and much more. Expertly done at 13-14 spi. The maker was obviously proud of her work ( as she should be!) 12\" plates. Simply gorgeous. You can not go wrong shopping on my site. Washable. Cotton. Stunning. I repeat \"cotton\" because I receive many inquiries re fabric content.
