Per the SCWPM (See P-89c) and Schwan & Boling 200,000 1 Peso denomination notes were issued for this purpose, with serial numbers which ranging E6 324 001E to E6 524 000E. The note at sale is serial number E6 338 477E:

PHILIPPINES / Commonwealth - NAVAL AVIATORS EMERGENCY PACK NOTE - 1 Peso [D.1941 (released 4 October 1944), P-89c, Serial No. E6 338 477E] The note is circulated, borders have light to moderate edge wear with some corner wear, no holes, misc. staining, note has retained a portion of its orignal crispness. FACTOID: “The final request for wartime (special military) Philippine treasury notes came from the Navy Department, and the need was for a series dated 1941. On 4 October 1944, there were released to the Navy 1, 5 and 10 peso notes for use in preparing naval aviator’s emergency money packets. Five thousand packets were made, each containing 40 pesos in tens, 20 pesos in fives and 40 pesos in ones for a total of 100 pesos face value.
