1950s BOX 3D Diorama FOIL Santa, Angel, Tree, Snowman, Church Xmas Ornaments

DESCRIPTION:
This is a complete box ofsix 1950s-era Japan, unusual three-dimensional diorama ornaments.
They are constructed of pasteboard half-spheres on a pedestal and covered in colorful foil. Each sphere holds a different dioramic Christmas scene! the figures are all hand-made of spun cotton, chenille, plastic, flocked or foiled paper, and bottle brush trees. Some areembellished with feathers or glass beads, and all but the angel areset in a snowy drift of Styrofoam snow beads,
Each ornament measures 2 1/2\" diameter, 3\" high, and 1 1/4\" front-to-back. These ornaments were meant to stand on a table, but a wire ornament hanger could easily be added, if desired,to allow them tohang from a tree branch.
The originalprinted windowbox measures6\" by7 3/4\", and1 1/4\" high.
CONDITION:
~ isexcellent ~ no chips, cracks, fadingor loss of foil or decorative bits ~ they appear unused!Theornaments are brightly-colored and the figures allintact~all shown in our photos.
The box isbrightly-colored andinvery good, sound condition, and will carry and store these ornaments for many more generations! but it does have a few bits of shelf wear, creases, and an old tear with a cello tape repair, as shown in our photos.
