Great graphics and detailed passengers on this large tin toy passenger multiple function airplane. Battery operated amazing action worked great when tested. First the airplane idles, the light goes on and the props work in succession with 2 engine starting, then 2 more, then the stewardess opens the door and the shades draw closed on the passengers! The airplane moves forward with the 4 propellers roaring and the cycle repeats. Nice strong litho with minimal playwear, a scratch at the top has a touch up. This is the rare Northwest Orient Airlines version, it is usually found as American Airlines. One propeller is missing a single blade. Some battery fitting wear and just the usual rubs from opening the battery case. The plane is 21 1/2 inches long with a 23 1/2 inch wingspan.
