THISPROGRAM IS INGOOD CONDITION. THERE IS A CREASE DOWN THE CENTER OF THE FRONT COVER. THERE IS ALSO A SMALL HOLE IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER AND SOME SPOTS ON THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE FRONT COVER. THE BACK COVER HAS THREE VERTICLE CREASES ON THE COVER. THE ENTIRE PROGRAM MUST HAVE BEEN FOLDED IN HALF.
