This one is a rarely seen 1957 Buick Special Estate Wagon, professionally built from an R&R Vacuum resin kit with Modelhaus parts to complete It\'s painted two tone Dresden Blue, Dover White with Red side and wheel trim...... clear lacquer top coats and all polished to a glassy shine. Exterior details include, chrome metal foil trim, Modelhaus tires, wheels, windshield and clear headlight lenses...with added chrome bezels underneath, steel fender mount antenna, side view mirror, luggage rack, trailer hitch, tailgate handle, photo etch tailgate lock, added tailgate emblem and roof lines......finished with a set of 1957 New York license plates. The interior is detailed in medium blue with dark blue cloth pattern seat/door panel inserts and trimmed in white, more metal foil, rear view mirror, column shift & turn signal levers with medium blue flocking for the carpet. Chassis is also nicely detailed in satin black, steel, aluminum and pale green. Luggage rack, antenna, side mirror, front tag holder and tailgate handle are all inset into drilled holes and set with epoxy. These R&R kits are long out of production and most are getting hard to find.....this one was the last 57 Buick wagon available from Resin Realm. Very hard to build, and not always the best in molding quality, but they did produce some very unique kits that will be missed!Please look over it\'s pictures and ask questions if you have them.
