This is a 1962 Ford Country Squire Station Wagon, professionally built using an original Hubley model kit....not the soft plastic warping promo. It's Country Sedan details were removed and replaced with these very unique Country Squire wood grain decals. Body is painted Baffin Blue with a triple clear lacquer process....once over the Blue paint, a second after the wood grain decals were added, then chrome rivets added and a final clear for ultimate protection of all it's details and polished to a glassy shine. More details include, chrome metal foil trim, added roof lines.....foiled and topped with black bumper strips to compliment it's custom built luggage rack, trailer hitch, chrome steel fender mount antenna, side view mirror, photo etch Country Squire door panel & tailgate scripts. New Modelhaus wheels/tires, and finished with a set of 1962 North Dakota license plates. The interior is painted medium semi metallic blue, trimmed in black and white with cloth pattern lower seat panels then coated with semi gloss clear, more metal foil trim, rear view mirror, column shift & turn signal levers with a mix of medium-dark blue flocking for the carpeting & cargo area. Chassis is also nicely detailed in satin black, steel, aluminum. An already very rare Hubley Country Sedan model kit.....never produced in a Country Squire version.
