This is a vintage Apple III from 1981 (date on the logicboard). It is the 128K model. This unit also comes with a matching Apple III monitor. The red LED on the floppy drive illuminates when the computer is turned on. There is a noise from the floppy drive that can be heard as it attempts to read a disk. \"RETRY\" is displayed on the screen.FULL DISCLOSURE: I have not been able to verify the functionality of this unit nor confirm if it is fully operational. I have tried a few floppy disks, but it has not been able to read any of them. I do not know if the logicboard is defective, or the floppy drive, or the RAM. You\'re mileage may vary.
See images for condition. There is some corrosion on the underside of the chassis. There is a small ding on the front left hand corner of the monitor. There are other small nicks and scratches here and there, but overall, in very nice collectible condition. Apple IIIs are hard to come by, so this will make a great addition to your Apple collection.
