1999 was the very first year the Mini-Trapper was produced with a Vintage Stag handle and this one is a real beauty. It’s never been carried, used, or sharpened and has spent its entire existence in my knife vault with 3 others just like it. This Stag is really pretty, it’s a magnificent color. There is a tight short crack on the front scale from the bottom pin to the backspring (best seen from the bottom view in photograph 10) Both the Clip and Spay show the factory edge and that great new knife luster. There are no spots, no pits, and no major scratches. Half stops are perfect, walk and talk snap is outstanding and there isn’t the least bit of play or blade wobble.
