ABOUT OUR PRODUCTAll of our cartridges are 100% filled to maximum capacity with high quality pigment-based or dye-based ink. Then, they undergo meticulous testing prior to being individually sealed to ensure that the product you receive will be ready to use! Once installed in your printer, our cartridges are expected to produce the same page yield and quality of print as their OEM equivalent.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact us through the message center. All inquiries are answered in the order they are received, usually within (1) business day, but we kindly ask that you allow for up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) to receive a reply.
RETURN POLICYALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #). Please contact us through messaging center so we can provide you with an RMA# and return instructions. For our detailed return policy, check out our RETURN POLICY page.
PAYMENT OPTIONSWe accept payments via PayPal and credit/debit cards. Orders paid by eCheck will NOT be shipped until payment has cleared (can take up to 8-15 business days). We are required, by law, to charge 9.25% sales tax on orders shipped within California. This rate is in accordance with the California State Board of Equilization\'s current rate for Los Angeles County.
SHIPPING POLICYFREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered on all orders. We only ship to the 48 contingent US states, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses or fulfill international orders. Other shipping methods are available for an additional cost. Detailed information regarding shipping options and their rates can be found under the “Shipping and Payments” tab on each listing.
Once payment has cleared, orders are generally processed within 24 hours (except weekends and major holidays) and sent via USPS First Class Mail (depending on the total weight and/or value of an order we may also ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground). If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order, we were contact you via e-mail.
Orders received after 1:30pm PST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday morning. Once shipped, tracking information will become available and be sent via an e-mail notification. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE \"SHIP TO\" ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. We cannot guarantee that address change requests will be granted once the order has been submitted.
