This Machine as you can see in the pictures and videos starts runs and operates. Machine is just in average to below average condition. We took this unit in trade and are going to sell it AS IS with . This means I do not feel comfortable selling this machine on our retail lot and standing behind the tractor. You are welcome to come down and run the tractor for yourself. When the sale is over Kurtz Trading will no longer own this tractor. Highbuyerwill be proud owner of the machine in its present condition. We do reserve therightto end the sale at anytime for local sale. Used equipment conditions vary, so we strongly advise communicating directly with you about the item you are interested in. This allows us the opportunity to describe the equipment in detail, answer any questions you have, and ensure you are getting what you expect. We are required by law tocollect this in both states because we carry a resale certificate in both PA and MD. Other 48 States we charge PA sales tax only if item is picked up at our location personally. If any outside trucking company or one of our Kurtz Trading trucks hauls the machine to your out of state location this makes item exempt for us to charge you out of state sales tax.
