DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

• We can only ship to your registered address. We will not forward packages or ship to alternate addresses - NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All shipments to official United States Postal Service (USPS) PO Boxes will be sent by US Mail.

• Due to the large inventory we sell, we use stock photos.


• We take all of our photos in house and most of Proof Coins has a dark or black reflections when there is not.


• We use the same photo when we do an sale Style or Buy it Now Listing.

Terms and Conditions
Bullion Policy

• As with all bullion and bullion related items, price may fluctuate up or down after the purchase. Once you buy you are locked in and may not cancel your order for any reason. Price adjustments are not made after you purchase regardless of price increase or decrease. Returns are not permitted, but exchanges can be made for the same exact item providing we have it in stock at the time of your request. Please note that bullion coins, bars, and rounds are mass-produced and are not struck to the same quality standards as collector coins. Bullion items are often shipped directly from the mint in rolls or bags and fresh new items will have minor imperfections.

Product Photo Policy

• First Modern Coins attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. We take many of our photos in house and due to reflection there may appear to be \'black\' on the coin when there is not. If a coin has a color in it at all it will be described as \'colorized\' in the description or title. Due to the large inventory we sell, we will use stock photos and you will not get the serial number as shown unless specifically stated in the product listing.
Original Government Packaging - Storage Devices

• If OGP, COA, or any other type of box or storage device is included it will be specifically stated within the listing.

Order Lost During Transit

• All of our orders are shipped insured. We can file a claim on any order where the tracking information shows the package as not delivered. We must wait a period of two weeks from the last tracking update before we can file a claim and either refund your money or send you a replacement. We are no longer responsible for any order where the tracking information is marked as DELIVERED - we are unable to file a claim on any order marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local postal carrier\'s office in order to seek resolution.
