3. Compatibility -Dependent on Bridge chip sets used by Board manufacturer, and in case of Processor used,Low Density modules are compatible with most major brand system boards and manufacturers. High Density Modules have possible incompatibility with some major brands
4. Physically it is difficult to distinguish between Low Density and High Density Modules, unless manufacturer has made a distinction.
