Orders returned by carrier due to an undeliverable shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refused package will be inspected and a refund will be processed. In such cases a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Orders placed with a PO Box address for products that do not ship to PO Box address will be canceled and refunded.

Once you have started the return will notify us and we will authorize. Please note Authorization of Return does not guarantee a refund will be processed or that your return will be accepted. Once we have received the returned item our tech team will inspect and confirm of any issues. If a refund / exchange is approved one will be provided with-in 48-hours of receiving returned item. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping when return does not fall under our Pre-Paid Returns policy.
