Three nice little cars from my collection, this sale is for all 3 cars. 1/24 scale 1934 Ford vintage slot cars, custom made set of 3 matched cars. Recent restoration of vintage 60sbuilt cars with Cox chassis and DuBro bodies.
The Bodies : DuBro 60svintage vac-formed 34 Ford factory painted bodies, fenders are removed for a 60s dirt track look.Card-stock interior insert with roll bar and detail painted driver figure. Some small cracks on bottom edge of body, repaired and reinforced from inside with clear tape.
The Chassis : Original 60sCox magnesium slot car chassis with Cox steering front end andmagnesium front mags. Nice vintage black silicone rear slicks give good traction on all types of track surface. NOS 36D motors and Cox drive gears.Magnesium frames are freshly bead-blasted, everything is clean and straight. Brass body-mounting strips are made by Cox for mounting vac bodies on these chassis.
Overall :These cars are identical except for body color. They werelikely made for matched racing on a vintage 2 or 3 laneclub track. Chassis are fresh, bodies show some minor battle scarsfrom use, but overall very cool.Feel free to ask any questions. ... Gary
