Click to View Image Album 32 VINTAGE HANS HEINRICHSEN GERMAN LEAD FLAT CHRISTMAS FIGURES OF THE SKATING AND SKIING PARTY. THE 31 FIGURES ARE OF A WINTER SCENE THAT DEPICTS LOTS OF SKATERS, 7 SKIERS AND TOWN PEOPLE, A SKI LODGE AND A TREE. ALSO INCLUDED ARE: A LAMP POSTS, A WOMAN WITH AN UMBRELLA AND HER DOG, WOMAN PULLING A SLEIGH WITH A BASKET OF RED APPLES, 3 1/2\" LONG ONE HORSE OPEN SLEIGH WITH A MAN AND LADY IN THE SLEIGH, A BOY PULLING A GIRL ON A SLEIGH WITH THE POM-POM OF HIS HAT BLOWING BEHIND HIM IN THE WIND, A WOMAN SITTING BY HER BLACK WOOD BURNING STOVE WITH A COFFEE POT ON THE STOVE AND A BROWN POT, A 3 MAN BAND. PLEASE SEE THE PHOTOS FOR A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF ALL THAT IS IN THIS COLLECTION. MEASUREMENTS RANGE IN SIZE FROM 2 3/4\" HIGH OF THE EVERGREEN TREE COVERED WITH SNOW TO THE MAN WHO HAS FALLEN DOWN IN THE SNOW 3/4\" HIGH. ALL THE LEAD PAINTED FIGURES HAVE GERMANY IN RAISED LETTER AS WELL AS SOME NUMBERS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THEIR LITTLE STANDS THAT HOLD THEM UPRIGHT. CONDITION IS VERY, VERY GOOD CONSIDERING THAT THEY WERE FROM THE 1920\'S TO 1930\'S. THEY ARE RICHLY HAND PAINTED IN GREAT POLY CHROME DETAILING BRIGHT TONES. THESE ARE ALL ORIGINAL COLORS, NO ALTERATIONS. HOWEVER THE FEW FLAWS INCLUDE ~ SOME OF THE SKIERS MAY HAVE LOST A SKI TIP OR A POLE AND SOME PIECES MAY HAVE SOME SMALL AMOUNT OF PAINT LOSS. THIS IS A GREAT COLLECTION FOR SETTING UP DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON OR ANYTIME! THIS IS ONE OF THE ORIGINAL LEAD FLATS SETS DESIGNED BY GERMAN, HANS HEINRICHSEN IN THE 1920 & 30S, AND IMPORTED TO THE US BY THE STAMFORD, CONNECTICUT BASED ARTCRAFT COMPANY.Please keep in mind that vintage/antique items are OLD ~ 50 to 100 years old. Thus, they will probably NOT be perfect. They may have paint loss, glitter loss, mica loss, dents, bumps, scratches. They have usually all been used in the past and thus have the patina of age and use. As with all my sales there are lots of pictures for judging coloring and condition - don t forget to supersize them for your best view.********************Almost all my items are older and used and come from estate sales, and unless described as perfect, may have to be cleaned; polished, etc., to look their best. Because they are items from bygone days, I cannot guarantee that they are from a smoke free or pet free environment. Every effort has been made to describe the item as accurately as possible.
