This 486DX40mhz Computer has been completely gone through. Disassembled, Cleaned, Painted (where needed), Tested & Re-Tested, re-assembled and Tested Again! This is a real Nice 486. The system boots to MS Dos 6.22 with Complete Operating System installed. (Fresh Dos 6.22). There is also a Dos Mouse driver installed. The computer has a 1.44MB FDD, 540MB HDD,one LPT port, two Com ports. Extra Drive Bays. Four 16Bit ISA and One VLB slots available. Keyboard comes with it, however a few keys (see pictures) have the letters slightly worn off. Keyboard works good. The Turbo Switch is not connected. Computer runs at 40 MHz.DOES NOT INCLUDE MONITOR OR MOUSE.

The parts alone are worth 4 or 5 times the starting price.This computer is great for a vintage gamer or for running a CNC machine in a shop.Due to winter please let the computer (after unpacking) come to room temperature for at lease 2 hours before powering up the computer. Those UPS trucks are out all day in the cold. Ships UPS insured and packed in 3 wraps large bubble wrap with peanuts in bottom of box and on top to meet UPS requirements for safe insured shipping. All new packing materials are used in packing.
