This is a cobaltKT-2 United Drug Co. poison bottle. Itis a beautiful example with a 100 percent label. This piece stands at 5-3/16 inches tall, notincluding the cork. This size is notexactly rare but is very hard to find with a full label, cork and somecontents. The contents are the famouscoffin shaped tablets used as an antiseptic solution when mixed with water. The bottle will come with its contents, forcollectability purposes only, or without if you prefer. This size is rather unique. It falls between a 5-1/8 size and a 5-1/4size depending on the neck stretch during the manufacturing. It was blown in the mold with a tooledlip. This piece is listed in theAmerican Poison Bottle book at between $250 and $275 at the time of bookprinting.
