We run honest sales and want you tobe confident the offerding will be true and actual. Put your maximum in nowand definitely before the final minute as will offer for you automaticallyto your maximum. You don\'t want someone to snipe offer you in the last 20seconds using a computer program and then you can\'t raise your offer again. Anyway here to sell at is a nice running, driving original 530 narrow located about 40 miles south of Nashville, TN. Late 1960 model andserial # 5309120. The owner knew all the local history on it as he is the3rd local owner and owned it 3 years and he was wanting to startselling a few tractors in his collection. It was bought new atthe John Deere dealer in Lewisburg, TN. I did the researchon it in the 30 Series Book I have and the John Deere register shows thistractor and serial # was: Shipped 1-27-1960 to New Orleans, LA Branch with finaldestination the Nashville, TN region shipping yard. The previous owner recently replaced what he said were the original rear tires with brand newones. The rears are 12.4x36 new Galaxy Farm Tractor tires. Frontsare good. In the pictures we just got done washing it so it was still in the process of drying off. As far as the local owner knew on its mechanical history we believe the engine has never been touched - and if those were previously the original rear tires on it the tractor could have under 2,500or less hours on it. From its original appearance I would say it’s alower hour tractor that was taken good care of. New seat last year butit\'s dirty now and will clean up good. On the grill screens we have oneof those straightener tools and we removed the grills and nose cone and straightened those - the picture may show a few cuts yet in the right screen asyou’ll see.Has a John Deere 3-Point less top link. 3-Point works real good as brushedhogged with it just last fall. Changed oil and filter last fall too so ready togo. He did not change the power steering fluid since he’s owned it butthat all operates good both ways. Also since he’s owned it the onlythings it needed that he did were cleaned the oil bath good, rebuilt the oilpressure cut offs, put on a new manifold gasket and all new distributor partsand points and when he gave it a tune up last year he cleaned the carb.. The owner then said he doesn’t run any ethanol gas in any of his tractors. Brakes are goodand the original metal piece that hangs by the battery box with thewarning label is in the tool box. Starts strong and excellent every time we’ve ranit. For comparison I put a sale listing picture above of a 530 that sold this month in June for $13,500 - and one last year online that sold for $6,500 and it did not have a 3-Point so we feel the opening offer price here should be attractive if you\'re in the market for a clean and hard to find model 530.
