I just acquired the estate of a stitcher. Included were several lovely completed, hand-stitched pieces.
This is an amazing hand-stitched set of the Janlynn America the Beautiful (which is now discontinued!) 50 states plus 5 patriotic squares. Imagine completing this as a stunning quilt (I\'ve seen one on-line...just Google: Cross Stitched States Quilt and select imagines to see how this could be completed!)! Each square has a stitched area approximately 8\" square; the fabric is 12.5\" square. All areserved along the edges. The stitching is just beautiful. The original retail for each of these state/patriotic design kits was $18, so there is approximately $990 in materials alone at retail...not to mention the time to stitch!
Please note: There are two pieces with noticeable soiling. Wyoming has the worst of it (see last photo). I do believe this would wash out, but cannot guarantee it. I have not cleaned or pressed any of these blocks. I am selling it \"as is\" in \"as found\" condition. This is not a leaflet...these are completed, hand-stitched blocks. Photos are of the actual item at sale and are considered part of the item description.

I can combine multiple purchases paid on a single invoice within a 3-day timeframe (please inquire about the combined shipping charges prior to offerding). Just let me know when you need combined shipping! If you pay before shipping is combined on a single invoice, I may not be able to refund the difference.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE; I ship to U.S. addresses only...no exceptions. Because I only ship to U.S. addresses, international payments are not accepted.
I accept Paypal and ship to Paypal confirmed addresses only. Payment is due within 24 hours of sale close unless prior arrangements are made.

Regarding shipping and handling costs: Postage and packing supply costs are getting very expensive (going up again in January 2014), and and PayPal now take 12% of shipping charges (in other words, I receive only $2.33 from shipping charges of $2.65). I must add nominal shipping and handling fees to cover packaging materials, or I could not afford to continue to sell items on-line. The price just went up on bubblewrap, boxes, and envelopes. I do offer first class shipping to reduce your costs. Please remember that there are no free envelopes or boxes from the post office for first class shipping; those item must be purchased. Even with that, it is less than shipping your purchase via Priority Mail with “free boxes”. Delivery confirmation is included as required by /PayPal, which means your package must be at least 1\" thick. If you purchase a leaflet, chartpack, or magazine, you will find a piece of bubblewrap rolled to meet this requirement.
I do not get to keep the money you pay for shipping - I have to give it to the post office and purchase supplies. If you think shipping is too high, please be sure you are comfortable that this is a fair shipping charge before offerding (I really do not want you to be unhappy). For those buyers who think these shipping and handling fees result in a \"profit\", I can share that I lostnearly $400 in2013 when I compared the monies taken in for shipping and handling to the actual costs. I try very hard to keep shipping costs reasonable by purchasing supplies in bulk. I cannot change the post office prices, however. Feel free to calculate First Class Parcel/package (not letter) postage at www.USPS.com , and be sure to take into account shipping and packing material costs.
