High Conductivity Thermal Compound / Grease - for Power LEDs, PC, Transistor CoolingProduct Description
This listing is for 5g syringes of premium quality high conductivity thermal compound for use with High power LEDs, PCs and other cooling applications.
With a thermal conductivity greater than > 5.15 w/m-k this compound is perfect for use with our range of premium high power LEDs as well as in numerous other high temperature applications such as CPU cooling and gaming modifications.
This product is fully CE and RoHS compliant and provides a safe and highly effective solution to transfer heat away from your components directly to a heat sink. The utilisation of a good quality high thermal conductive compound is essential to keep components cool, prolong their life and allow them to perform at optimal levels.
Each syringe contains 5g of premium thermal compound that will be enough for the installation of around 40 x1W / 3W LEDs with PCBwhen mounted directly onto a one of our Heatsinks

As with all our products this thermal grease is compliant and certificated to European Safety standards (CE and RoHs compliant).

Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping (Royal Mail First Class) on all UK orders and have a very competitive pricing on international orders.
Shipping within the UK is 1st Class Royal Mail or Parcel Force 48 (on orders over 2kg)
International Orders will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Both tracked and non-tracked services are available.
The Royal mail quote an international delivery time as being 7 - 12 working days. In Northern Europe delivery times are often shorter however this varies considerably from country to country.
Returns and Warranty
Quality control is at the heart of what we do. All of our products carry a minimum 3 Year manufacturer�s warranty. In the very unlikely event of a product failing we simply ask for the item to be returned and we will issue a replacement the same day. Postage costs will of course be fully reimbursed by Future Eden for any damaged items.
We also understand that the needs of a project often change during its life cycle. In order for you to maintain cost-effectiveness and avoid unnecessary surpluses we are happy to accept any undamaged products and refund them to the full original purchase value. Please note that in the case of unused returns the sender will bear the cost of postage.

FAQs
Q: International Tracking Numbers don\'t seem to be working?
A: Occasionally it takes a few days for items to pass through the Royal Mail system and reach the first scanning point. In these instances, please be patient and wait a few days day and they should appear. If not please feel free to contact us through . We don\'t any control over this as it controlled by the postal service so please be patient.
Q: Item is no longer need. Can I get a refund?
A: If an item is not what you require we will of course provide you a full refund on receipt of undamaged items. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through , and we will provide you with the information you require to return the item. All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Q: I have received the wrong item?
A: We apologies in advance if this happens we are only human and occasionally mistakes do happen. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through , so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 24hr turnaround Monday to Sunday
Q: There is a fault with the item?
A: Thankfully this is very rare. We have found that in most cases apparent faults are wiring or 3rd party component issues that can be resolved be email. If you have any issues please contact us through and we will happily help work out any technical problems you might have. Please don�t leave negative response as typically problems are easily fixed.
